I decided to get off and take a battle to a different front for few months.....I will be intouch, will not be posting. I will just pop in and say hi sometimes. I will be on the road next few months. They say, U haven't seen America, if U haven't traveled by it's magnificent roads. I, and 23 other IT students at the University of MN, will be taking our three years of education, ideas, and political struggle on the road. It has been in the plans for months, but had no hope of getting the funds. We finaly got the funds on Friday, and we will be taking off after exams(May15). this will be my first large scale community service I have done, I'm really looking forward to it. Mostly in the southern states, and poorer regions, visiting high school summer programs around the nation. I will be done with final exams on the next two weeks, this blog and others above to me were like ship journey that I sailed with the winds and storms, by trying to update them, to conves what's in my heart, and mind each day. This time, I want to be away from it..........Away from school, and all that came with.............

Thanks for your replies, I know, feminism isn't dead, but what's dead is the drive by young women of today to stand for their rights, and what my mother and many other women used to hold so dearly...........THAT, right-wing men who hold office, shouldn't play politics with their bodies..........

I think Feminism had good decades, good ideology and were important to my parent's generation, but this day and age..............feminism is dead.......it was destroyed by conservative women, who I think want to go back to 1500 and old good time for women....Right......We need to steer to another righteous way, without becoming like those women like Ann Coulter/Rice. Most of these right wing proponents and visible anti-feminists are the stereotypical double edged sh*ts who have no clue the way human life works..........It's like helping wheel-chaired one across a highway, and later turns around and spits on your face...........Sec. Rice enjoyed this while at college back in the days.....Look at her right now! What about Coulter? Unmarried, no kids, full of hatred about what great feminists of the past has done for her, and her elk.
How I hate the next three weeks..........Every semester, every spring, as college students we have three weeks of nothing but book and library hours........I'm typing this, while doing on-line lab, on human-anatomy course..........I can't wait, the day, I will tell some one, yeahhhhhh I know how it feels................Me thinking about medical school! Ummmmmmmmm I don't now if I can put up, another six years of this. No thanks......I will try teaching first, and decide what ever later.......

U know what? If this world produces more than enough food to feed everyone tell me why people are starving to death everyday even in the US. If we have the power and money to educate why are we letting people die and be infected by AIDS. Don't get me wrong, that bum standing on the street corner in Minni is not going to get my money, my money will be going to someone that's not a drunk and actually works for a living and just needs some extra help.

Fifa finally decides to take on racist supporters. Italy, Spain, and most of Easthern Europe will be facing some harsh laws from FIFA. Goood....let's hope they do it. Some of my friends will be going to the games, I'm hoping I can. France is my pick to win it all. Brazil, and Italy are expected to do well.
Next few months, are why many people don't really go to college. No sleep, study for finals, study for finals, study finals...I have three of them, and physiology will be 120 questions WTF.
Been getting along really well with this cutish Senior. One years older, very smart(TA) appearance and mind. We click but I'm just not sure. I guess this it takes longer to get into relationships after what I went through last year and half. I suspect one day I may regret, all these girls that I'm ignoring. Going-out with some one U know isn't a true love, ain't a good feeling. Different choices.. different standards have always been my take on relationships. All those I dated, I dated, not only to tap, but to share something. I had feelings for all them, but not her, not yet. Don't know her heart, but she has showed me alot. My older brother, and best friend think I'm doing to her the same thing I did to my last girl. My brother did say the same sh*t about my ex too.
I was thinking about this today. While doing final paper on Bosnian Genocide, I was also listening to some tunes on my ipod, when this hit me........They used to be strong anti-war movement in this nation, where did they all went?
Some say, the peace movements of the past, had one thing going for them, they had elected officials. Even though not as many in the senate, we do have anti-war movement house members. Few points why I think, the anti-war movement has lost some steam.....Please add your own........
1. Government has learned from Viet. era, on how to deal with public out-cry. e.g Hide the dead soldiers.
2. Media acts as part of the government. No sense of telling us, what really is happening. Why would they, when they are making billions on the war.
3. Feminist leaders of the past, who have been great fighters of civil rights and peace movements, have been swept by educated women, who have no clue to what movement means, nor even give credit to those who have given them the rights they enjoy today.( I will write about this, another time, I think feminism was noble, but the final product is lacking face.
4. Not declared war. Over 100,000 people dead, but that ain't a war they say.

Finally, I think we have to have a good anti-war song. We need anti-war song(s) that can last next 50 years. Let me hear it, if there are any!!!!! I haven't heard any good peace(anti-war) songs since those that were made before I was born........Like this one......... Shocking day today that made me sick and gave me a huge reality check!!!! It seems the homeless in MN has increased twenty-fold.........May be it's the spring, but I have never seen so many of them at each corner in Minneapolis, and around 35W! I was done with my Friday class few hours ago, and driving back, and seeing them every where, makes my day :(

In my first year of high school, I was playing JV basketball, and we were playing this school near my high school......We where waiting to catch the bus, after we lost........and sitting outside the school....I made eye contact with this girl across the road once and she smiled at me. I was on my way to cross the road and go chat to her and I stepped off the kurb straight into a cyclist who licked me down and everyone still mentions to me. As a 14 year old girl will do, she walked away smilling...and I was in pain.....
Ok this could get interesting. What do U think about the new Pro-fat Movement, led by well known celebrities that has picked up some steam?
Watching CNN/Fox a night ago, came segments about some celebrities who are struggling with weight, selling clothing line, diet food intended for large women, and other stuff meant all for large people. This wasn't what I had problems with, but what suprised me was that, some of these celebrities (Kristy Alley, Monique, Rosanne Barr, Della Reese) to me were all saying to young women who are struggling to lose some weight, that fat is good. I think exercise more, eat less should be what they should sell, not selling cloth, and look at me. Please don't feel sad about this post, it's just reality check. I have family members, friends, class mates who struggle with weight everyday of their lives. So yes I know how hard is to lose few lbs. Do U see this as a problem as I do, or its just another of my lalalalalalalala. :)
My sister said, they are just taking advantage of people, and just want to make money. I don't think so. If they are intelligent to scam people like that, why are they not intelligent to stop eating and get on a treadmill? It's all bless, I know I'm asking too much on this.
One more full month left on school........can't wait. World Cup finals in Germany will be on this summer, I would love to go, but dunno yet..............Also thinking about taking one course at night, or I have to take over 20credits in the fall. :(
