Happy Earth Day.................................

How I hate the next three weeks..........Every semester, every spring, as college students we have three weeks of nothing but book and library hours........I'm typing this, while doing on-line lab, on human-anatomy course..........I can't wait, the day, I will tell some one, yeahhhhhh I know how it feels................Me thinking about medical school! Ummmmmmmmm I don't now if I can put up, another six years of this. No thanks......I will try teaching first, and decide what ever later.......

What will you teach, Dem?

I loved college, so much that I've never completely stopped going.

Hey Dem what's up? I would vote for medical school over teaching ANY day as I am married to a teacher, now ex teahcer.

Our governor, mr Tim "FEELENTY". The coward who raised our taxes by cutting funding to local governments (who had to raise our taxes) so he could say "I didn't rasise taxes."

Whatever, what a moron.

JB.....Chem.

Dawn......There are 2 options I'm thinking about.....Join the UNHCR which I have done volunteer services for few times and liked their work, and go to where ever they send me.......Or stay in the states go to graduate school, and later teach one of these inner city schools...May be at North High, which the need is very high which I also have done some outreach for the college...

Rocket.....I could go either way, but if I have to pick one right now, teaching is the one....Sorry to hear your wife had a hard time...

Yep Tim is a moron.....Now, we need to vote in Nov....Let me now, if you want to do some get-out and vote on election day....we can do them together.....Take some posters and stand around downtown area....or do some calls to friends and family/phone-bank.....

RE:teaching, i did my student teaching for undergrad in inner city st. paul, elementary school, 4th grade, hated it. Quit. Now, I'm starting grad school in the fall (acceptance pending) to get my masters in instruction and head back into the teaching world.

re: pawlenty, not perfect, but we've had much worse. and if you call my house and tell me who to vote for, i'm going to vote for the other guy out of spite. i HATE HATE HATE political solicitation.

Haha, I love Dawn's last line!!

Six years of medical school, really? Try three/four years of school, plus at least 7 years of residency. That is exactly why I didn't go into the medical profession, I didn't want to be in school until I was 35!

Good luck on your exams. Hopefully you'll have some sunny days where you can sit outside and study. I used to love spreading a blanket in the grass and enjoying the outdoors. It made studying *slightly* better!

Dawn.......Lol I will make sure i don't.....I leave that to Rocket!:) C'mon now, Pawlenty is a hood...

Lauren.......Not really....In fact, it will take me less than 6 years. If, that's if, I take that road, neurophysiology will be what I will do.....when I get my double major in a year and half, I will already have physiology part done....neurology residency will take only two years, and three years of my areas of interest...in this I like dealing with kids, CHILD NEUROLOGY may be the way I go.....Yeah, this will take time, but the reward is there. I'm 80% not for this right now...but U never know....

Dem, pawlenty is not perfect, and I'm too fond of his "health fees" and other ways of "not raising taxes" but i'd take him over ventura and his massve funding cuts to higher education any day.
