More on ................BOBBY. It will touch your heart.

After saying this (Early Post)........I still would like to the see the movie again. For me, I really loved it. I both felt empty and laughed about the nostalgic period of my parent's childhood era, the 60's. Bit of advice.......if you don't like many storylines........How about 24 of them. It will not be the darling movie for some reviewers, but looking all Oscar winners in the past, one can see that they weren't the darlings of movie reviewers either. It gets an (A) from me, and the Oscars will not ignore it.

I can tell you, at the end it felt like Bobby, Emilio Estevez's movie was more about current world. Every archival footage of Robert F. Kennedy, his tours, his speeches about issues such as race, poor vs rich, global warming, and Vietnam you feel for this nation, where its going wrong and how it could be corrected. Bobby felt he could, and he has given his life for it. I did saw the movie with friends and family members, at the end we all felt sad, happy-like we have known RFK and lived in his time to shine some how. I hope that's the most important impact this movie will have on the public, and those who see it. The movie is not about the political figure or left-wing agenda, but about the people who were close or present in his campaign and watched this Kennedy, who believed in him in everyway, those who saw their hopes shattered by a bullet to the head. Kudos to Emilio.

Update......

******(¨·.·´¨)Happy Turkey Day to U and Yours*****(¨·.·´¨)

Update:

Bobby: I think Emilio could have done much better in the movie. Well intended, and meaningful movie, but comes up little short. First, too many stories, hard to keep them in mind at the end of the movie. I wished with all the stars in the movie, we only had Anthony Hopkins alone in the movie, plus reals from RFKs. Mr Hopkins is the only one that you feel for in the first hour of the movie. An old man, trying to reconcile with age, and time. The rest, nothing much. There are very moving scenes, most of them from RFK's own presidential tours throughout the nation. The movie is well made, and if you don't have alot to do, go see it.

With all its ills and wrongs, all the things this current government have done lately, laws it has broken, the hatred it has built, political crisis that will further divide the nation to left and right, to the un-popular war, to the war profiteering, corrupt elected officials.........

With all that..........THE CORE OF THIS NATION IS PURE!!!!!! I will be going with three friends, a younger brother and sister, to see BOBBY(Robert F. Kennedy's last 4 days on earth), the night he was shot and the next three days he was alive. People like him, is why I'm so interested and in politics.

"Some men see things as they are and say why.
I dream things that never were and say why not." RFK.

Rest in PEACE.

Cold, but nice Nov. day in MN. Now almost 9:00, just sitting with few friends in Java at basement of Blegan Hall, just talking. My eyes are tired, having convo while typing this, I need to sleep early tonight. Life is like art, out of the five, three of us have known each other since 9th grade in high school, and the other two last three years. One served the Army, and will finish college a year later than two of us. Even with our age group, who have no times for get this, we still get together atleast a day of every week to catch up with life, the ladies in our lives, school work, sports, all Vikings fans already feel the team is waste. it looks as we get older, being with old friends becomes increasingly important. Even better when your all at the same college.

When will the media's so called "War on Chrismas" start..........5......4........3..........Rightwungers will start their war on chrismas early this year, how do I know this, it already have.

2 YEARS, 2 MONTHS AND 6 DAYS LEFTIN THE BUSH ADMINISTRATION...

Have you heard what happened to Borat"Sacha Baron Cohen-Ali G." in NY? He was put to shock, after he just picked the wrong person with a joke in the mad streets of New York. Lol.

Reasons why people like me support the Democratic Party, with all its ills…..They are way, I mean way better on many important issues that are in our homes daily.

Me, as many others this is personal. My mother takes 9 different medications, and after the Bush drug company plan, the cost of her medication increased two-fold. And there are many more mothers like my mother, whom their drug plan was written by the DRUG COMPANIES! How sad. There are 48 million of Americans, who are without healthcare, is that good in this country, wealthiest, most advanced nation the world has ever seen to have that many people with no healthcare? I will leave that to you to answer………

Always take the side of Science. Take a look at Rocket’s blog about many issues concerning science…
Here…..Science does not have preconceived notion on anything. Done with trail and error. Good Science has been the back bone to the world, and that’s what made this nation most advanced, plus a nation that has always been advocating separation of science and religion, the fear of many, which is understandable is that, science in the wrong hands could be unhelpful to humans. I agree on this, but my take is that, we have went away from many scientific issues that have been flawed in the past, after they were found to be unbeneficial to humans, so that’s what we will do after we found out if stem cell does no good. Never mix science with religion. PERIOD…..

Wage………These has been increasing divide between those who are bottom 20 percent and those top 10 percent in health, and we cannot and should not allow this. I’m happy with my vote, and that the Dems will first address this issue, where they will raise the minimum wage to $7.25 an hour. That’s a good start, we than can address the middle class tax fairness.

Energy, energy, energy. This is very important, so important I think the Dems should go after the money that these giant oil companies made and took some from them, so to invest in alternate fuel.

Katrina………Failures of this has to be investigated and never repeated. Both state and federal government have failed our people.

I will add more later……….

Nuff Said............

(Updated) Ohhhhhhh my ohhhhhhh my.

Ok, here is my last word about the elections(06).

Many people will not vote today, 'cause they say,
Their votes will not count.
They say both parties are very similar,
They say, it's just picking one devil from another,
Others say they will vote for smaller parties.

I say vote, that's the least you can do to change those who represent you.

I say "Yes" some votes will not be counted, but still vote and if you suspect anything don't leave the voting area, there has been voter suppression reported, there has also been many potentially illegal tactics that have been reported last two days, please listen to your polling station workers if you think your vote will not be counted. It's a fact, when the Republicans seem to be heading for defeat, they do some ugly sh*t.

To find your polling place click here (VOTE), and to report voter problems please dial 1-888-DEM-VOTE. There will be a lawyer in a heart beat. No charge to you.

Now, to the rest. I as many others think both parties have let the country down, and have became the same, and many cannot even tell them apart. They are very close on many issues that matter to us "We The People". In fact, even though I will be voting straight DFL(Democratic Party), I think the Dems have let me and the core liberal voters down since 1994, they have not stood to separate from the GOP and still sound, act, and show the same results as Repucks.

What ever my views about the Dems are, I still think they are way better than the GOP, and will do better job in many issues facing us today(Health-care, education, security, economy). For those of you who live in MN, and near the twin cities, I will be at University Ave and 35W bridge near the UofM West-Bank with other students, for those of you who live in MN can visit me there, or just hit your horn if you pass by me, I'm that handsome tall dude, wearing DFL Hatch For Governor shirt....Make sure to yell DEM SOLDIER.

So, here is my take on the rest of the elections. I'm proud liberal, who's very angry for the DNC, but can not think nor will not for a minute think or give a glance to not voting. Plus, another important thing to keep at heart is that, voting for other smaller parties will just be another vote for Repulicans. Here in MN, we have large population who support Greens and smaller parties, but in this election voting for one of these groups will just be a vote for Republicans, a wasted vote. So, go ahead and waste a vote to independent party who will never get elected, and be happy having just voted a Republican official to represent U.

I don't know what will happen today, and will not predict or say if the Dems will gain power or not, but I can tell you I will get "ALL" that I know to vote, and hope you all do the same.

Nothing is too early to PLAN!

At this point in my life, life is great. No major changes before finishing school. But there are few things I have already started planning for.

First, with my work with various NGO'S, I want to take one full year to do some ngo work, in forest Preservation in South East Asia(Indonesia). This will give me one year, that I'm away from studying, while keeping in heart, that this region's is outdoorman's heaven. U can't beat backpacking in these serene volcanic islands, I love these blue-green hills. My roomy, who will get out of the Army next year, is looking forward to this also. It's part break for daily life of today, plus I have higher goals in the future. Some hate it, some love it, I love politics, and I can't be just be ordinary supporter. My short time with my local DFL party members, I have learnt and was shown that I may have future with politics. So, taking this into account, taking one year off, doing some work will give me the chance to learn what it takes to twist few arms, and shake hands.

Second, I want to move! "It" is "MN" and the Twin Cities. Move out of it, ever since I came to this state, I knew it was just stopping point in my life, and always knew one day I will pack-up and leave. Before I started college at UofM, my first choice was university of Oregon, due to my roots in Portland. So, in a few years, my plan is to head west, and to Oregon.

Say cheeeeeeezzzzzzz.
