It's truly unbelievable.

I had a night class, so I didn't get the chance to see the President Bush's State of the Union live, so I have just finished watching some of the highlights. To him, millions of Americans losing their jobs(Ford; announced that it will cut 35,000 jobs, while Dell announced it will add another 5,000 jobs to its already 15,000 jobs in India) is no concern, to him, Iraq is the safest place on earth, to him, elections in Latin America where the raise of so many anti-American governments have came to power is no concern, to him, what's happening in Iran, North Korea, Palestine, and Iraq are part of spreading freedom, to him, students like me losing their student loans is just another number, to him, the fact that the average wages have been declining in the past 5 years is part of greatest economic growth the world has ever seen, to him, Katrina didn't happen(He did not mention Katrina or what to do for the millions of people effected by it), to him, he doesn't real care what he's saying, he knows these wingnuts will vote for him no matter what, so he doesn't even try to tell the country the truth. We are in the midst of war, recession and chaos in Iraq, but watching him tonight all is well. Every speech he gives, Bush just said to congress and to us - We can always outdo your worst expectations, and we will.


Look outside my window tonight. It is so white, so snowy. It has been snowing last few hours. I never liked snow, but tonight it looks very cool..........it ain't even that cold.......

I watched few mins of Oprah, I have to say Do Not Piss Off Oprah!!!!! Frey( A Million Little peices"Lies")seemed to shrink onstage with Oprah. But U know what, I had more problems with the publisher, an old fart, she thinks any memoir is simply someone's memory, not a serious work of facts that requires the publisher to do their work and do some fact checking...........

Only life lived for others is a life worth living. I now whole heartily believe those who say "There is only two happiness in life, to worship or belief in higher being, and to be loved so dearly by other who have shared moment with you". As I said in my late night blogging, now I realize my mistakes. I did not give all my time and effort to this relationship, and I told her that. We are the same age in our lives, and have known for a while.

This is what I said to her, I'm not going into detail........

Your love and friendship was and is the best and purest I have seen to a human being. I always thought, we will end up old together. Time and age, your frequent overseas travels, my time spent with family, especially my sick mother, college, military call ups, have lead us to different paths. I have had my share of wonderful girlfriends, may be my expectation has let me down on you. I admit, I didn't give all, but my love for you was never in trouble. Even now your love and friendship will always stay with me, even if we never see each other again. I'm gratefull to your mother and sister, who have showed me nothing but love, I'm also grateful your devotion and understanding to our relationship. That was it, and may be time away is all we need as she will be going to Australia in months time........

It takes time for sadness to go away, I'm feeling one tonight. I just broke up with Yasmin, my girlfriend of a year and half. Yeah I know, what a start to a new year! We have known each other, since we were kids, over 10 yrs, but started dating in college. This has been coming for a long time, we decided to end our relationship after we weren't going no were with it. Trying to mend a broken relationship wasn't something both of us want to continue, more on her side. I told her, (it's not my fault that our relationship is broken, and that I'm sorry I haven't given you all I could on this relationship). And this is what makes it much harder. I don't think this is the final yet, two hours ago, I got a call from her older sister, who lives in Sydney, Australia about it, and whom she called and talked to. She thinks we need to think about this again. I still want to mend this with her, but after going through this, and both of us saying its over tonight, I don't know what I'm expecting out of.......?

The choice between the past and the future

Last five years, we have seen a disfuctional government, who's bent on corruption, lying, and murderous intent, and the raise of zealots. So when we are told not to worry about illegal wiretaps, that the president has our own best interests at heart, why aren't the conservatives, especially the conservatives rats like most on Foxx, wingnuts gasp the reality of this? The Christian Right is neither right, nor Christian. With them, we have sent young men to war, that we shouldn't have, they have done warrant less spying on the people, they have changed the rule of law, now they say "All science is false, and represent the world's ills, plus creation must be thought to young children". They said, there was a war on Christmass, I wonder when did that war ended, it's just been few weeks! And I haven't heard anything about this war after the Cristmass day.

I have watched the Alito hearings today, and few things to note; The Repuk Senators, talk, act, and look the same. Their whole asking questions were pathetic. I understand that their mind set is that "That we're all in favor of our guy and what he does no matter what". What's wrong with a supreme court justice who was a member of racist group (Concerned Alumni of Princeton), a group who can't stand women and minorities being allowed entrance to Princeton, who's supported by all right wing zealots of the nation, I mean, it's like the supreme court justices are there for protection of the goons, and not everyone.

My vocation has to wait for another few
months..........No time...........May be in spring break.

Got another University Job, this time helping foreign students resettle in MN, and find jobs, get help at Gopherland. Already, met few of them, really excited about this.........

People like Bush and Cheney, who have never served in the military but are so eager to go to war, and send our young people to war, and don't give shit about effects of wars get no respect from me, period. No matter, which party, which group, which one(Yeah U, Joe wingrat Lieberman), you will never get my support if U support this war. All those talking head sh*ts that U see on TV, have one thing in common, they never served in the armed forces, nor know how the families of the 17 soldiers who have dead today feel.

ScAlito Hearings Starts Monday, January 9. My scenario assumes no big surprises or gaffes that will sink him, hoping all Dems vote against him, and get few Repuks to vote with us. Part of the original gang of 14 have to come to our side, if we do that, he wouldn't get there. Call or write to your senators. The Dems have to start to act like who their voters are, Liberals. I'm proud to be Liberal, but not proud of how our elected Dems act.

I will make no resolutions this year. I will make no promises that I may break it every year. I will make mistakes, I will have bad days, I will be happy, I will be sad, I will travel, I will move, I will be loved, I will LOVE.....and I will BE............Each year, I naively base my resolutions, with not on my past failures but on the fervent hope of future success, a scenario doomed to failure each year. Given that the way ahead, as far as self-improvement is concerned, lies in the ability to look backwards, and leave the future, as a while future. My life is perfect shape right now, one more year of college, I will be free to move around little bit, family, friends, and traveling will always remain my passions in life.

Do U know that almost 6,640 people are still missing in New Orleans? My God! And the president of the nation is in vacation. How can this be possible, when we have free media, free nation, why is the media not on this? Please do what ever U can do, to raise the plight of these missing persons. Final death toll, could be shocking.

One of the truest test of good government is how it treats its poor, and it responds when the days of national disasters arise. The poor, the sick, and the old of New Orleans were left in the dust to die by this government. This current government in her actions in New Orleans, showed what happens, when you have weak party who can't challenge the ruling party, the Dems have showed to be failures on this issue. Plus the raise of right wing controled media, which spews nothing but the talking points which are rigth from the president's media office. We the people have done great, our donations have been phenomenon, but we can't only give money, but we have to take actions on our elected officials who have sided with this corrupt BushCo government. Lets all VOTE in 06.
