If it was up to me, I would have cut Mississippi from the UNION. Yes, leave their sorry ass on the dusts of Mississippi. Put federal troops around you, so no one of you don't escape. For God's sake, how do you guys vote for Republican Presidents, and elected officials year after year, when they leave you behind, every year, decade, century to be third world on a first world nation.
