Dems........

No sunny beaches for me this Spring-break week (10-17), I will be working and working and finishing a research paper I have been waiting to finish. Yeayyyyyyy to sleep, will sure be sleeping a lot. Don't hate the player.....

For this party, in this new century, for this young man, for this horror and epic failures of this current government, the DNC must be and act like those who support it. To get my vote and votes of many liberals like me in 08, they must mirror who their grass-root voters are! The Democratic Party is the party of choice for young people like me, it needs to continue doing so, it must try harder to not neglect women and minorities who have been strongest supporters of the party, it must not take sh*t from right wing religious groups and not try to move to the right or religious in anyway. Democratic Party has been the party of dreamers, who dreamt better country, and better world. We were the party who started the Vietnam War, and the party which ended when realities were out, we were the party and still are the party of civil rights, we are the party of FDL, JFK, RFK, the party of unions and educators, we are the party of those left behind and those in the middle, we are the party who have been known to include those from all works and wonders of life, we are the party who have stood for peace and faced realities and ills of Nazism when it became clear, we are the party of all racial and religious and non-religious groups, we have been the party that was for government that works for the people and not Corporate America, we are still the party of hope and the future, lets not become like the Republican Party, who in the last six years have turned far to the right. My last word to my peeps is, we need to reclaim the Democratic Party, and to do so means not mirroring the Republicans.

Some may ask, you’re too liberal for the Dems, true! But we live in two party system of government, voting and supporting such smaller parties who I really like (Green Party), would be a mistake. We do that in MN, and we have been time and time been burnt by electing sh*ts from the GOP.

I agree with you about Hillary and Iraq. There are aso at least a dozen reasons not to vote for her in the primary.

Hope you're enjoying March 8)

Far left? Who's the far left? During the past election there was this talk about San Fran. Agenda, all to get people hyped and just being anti-hate-gays....Liberals of today aren't socialists, so 95% of those who support the Dems aren't far left. Just another mouth sh*t the right uses against Dems and their supporters.

"So far it has been all big government tax increase proposals"

That's false. Name one proposal that was not meant for the middle class tax relief that passed?

"union appeasing"

Unions are what made this country, end of story.

The Young doesn't pay taxes" What? Ummmmmm ok. When one gets some higher education they become liberal for a reason, open to ideas and reality. Just think about global warming and teaching religion at schools against science for a second, both are simple to answer if one is educated and knows reality, but those who see things what god says will never know them, and be against it even with so much in their naked eyes.

If your not blinding yourself, the Dems are way and very much ahead of the GOP for making this country what its and could be.
